CK – Christian Koester
I am 22 years old born 29/11/1988. I have been wakeboarding around 8 years, competing for 6 and professional for 4. I spend my summers travelling Europe and America following the multiple pro wakeboard tours. Then I spend my winters warm weather training in Asia. When im not competing, I can generally be found in the London area at one of the cables there (usually JBwaterski). I am actively involved in the promotions of the companies I ride for, be it demo days or self promoting online on my blog/twitter/FB athlete page. Other than riding and promoting I also have ties to both the wakeboarding federations through judging. I work for the WWA judging any event I cant be involved in due to injury or just judging categories which I don’t ride in. For the IWWF I judge all the events in the categories im not in whilst also involved in the JDC Judges Development commission. I recently have re-signed with my main sponsors Sooruz Clothing and JOBE. We have just released the news of my new PRO series coming out late this year.
